Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, such as Google SDKs, to enhance our offerings.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

EHC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

EHC may share customer data with third parties only to perform services on our behalf.

EHC may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on EHC or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of EHC; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of EHC, or the public.

Tracking User Behavior

EHC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within EHC, in order to determine what EHC services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within EHC to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. The tooling we use to track this session data is a Google Analytics Advertising Feature called "Google Signals".

Google signals are session data from sites and apps that Google associates with users who have signed in to their Google accounts, and who have turned on Ads Personalization. This association of data with these signed-in users is used to enable cross-device remarketing, and cross-device key events export to Google Ads.

More information on this from Google can be found here. If you would like to opt-out of Google Analytics Advertising Features, you can visit this support page for instructions.

Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software, such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This data is used to maintain the quality of our services and provide general statistics on usage.

Use of Cookies

We use "cookies" to personalize your online experience and save you time. Cookies are text files placed on your hard disk by a web server and can only be read by the server that issued the cookie. You can accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. Declining cookies may limit your ability to fully experience our services.

Security of Personal Information

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, such as using SSL encryption for sensitive data transmission. However, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide.

Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, you must ask a parent or guardian for permission to use our services.
